Estimates and quotations

Website calculator estimates are non-binding planning ranges. Work begins only after a formal quotation, scope and agreement are accepted.

Deposits and payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable before final launch or handover. Larger projects may use staged payments.

Scope and revisions

Deliverables and included revisions are defined in the formal quotation. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation or change fee.

Refunds and cancellation

Deposits cover reserved time and work already performed. Refund eligibility depends on project progress, committed costs and the signed agreement.

Client-supplied content

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use supplied logos, text, photographs, trademarks and other material.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing are defined in the project agreement. AvoraHub retains ownership of unpaid work and reusable tools unless otherwise agreed.

Delays

Delivery dates may change when content, approvals, access credentials or feedback are delayed.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, gateways, SMS services, subscriptions and other external platforms remain subject to third-party pricing, availability and terms.

Hosting and support

Ongoing support and hosting are provided only where included in a selected package or agreement.

Limitation

AvoraHub will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party infrastructure or services beyond its control.
