AvoraHub collects personal information when visitors submit enquiries, request appointments, submit project briefs, create client accounts or request support. This information may include names, contact details, business information, project details and appointment information.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange meetings, deliver projects, provide support, maintain records and meet legal or operational obligations.

Storage and security

Information may be stored using secure third-party infrastructure such as Supabase and Netlify. Access is restricted through authentication and database security policies. No Supabase service-role key is placed in public website code.

Sharing

AvoraHub does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where necessary to provide hosting, communication, payment, development or support services.

Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and separate from enquiry consent. Visitors may request removal from marketing communications.

Your rights

Subject to applicable South African law, including POPIA, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where appropriate.
